What are the different cohorts and when will I be called to have my vaccination?

We are systematically calling patients for their Covid-19 vaccination in conjunction with what the government guidelines.

Please do not call the surgery to book in as we will call you. The PM has announced some 2nd doses will move forward to be given 8 weeks after the 1st dose. Your GP & the NHS will be in touch with you to make any changes needed to your appointment. Please don’t contact us. Please ensure you get your jab when asked #COVID19Vaccine

What cohort are you?

Cohort 1- Residents in a care home for older adults, and staff working in care homes for older adults

break

Cohort 2 - All those 80 years go age and over, and frontline health and social care workers

break

Cohort 3 - All those aged 75 and over

break

Cohort 4 - All those aged 70 and over, and clinically extremely vulnerable individuals (not including pregnant women and those under 16-years-of-age)

Cohort 5 - All those 65 years of age and over

break

Cohort 6 - Adults aged 16 to 65 in at-risk groups

break

Cohort 7 - All those aged 60 and over

break

Cohort 8 - All those 55 and over

break

Cohort 9 - All those 50 years of age and over

break

Cohort 10 - All those 40 years of age and over

break

Cohort 11 - All those 30 years of age and over

break

Cohort 12 - All those 18 years of age and over
