Welcome to West Bromwich Partnership for Health
Partners - Mrs Y. Townsend & Mrs J. Davidson
In April 2011 West Bromwich
Partnerships for Health (W.B.P.H) began. We federate within our group of surgeries to offer our patients a wide range of services within our local area.
Our team endeavour to offer you the patients the very best service.
Should you wish to discuss any area of the practice or service we offer please do not hesitate to contact Joanne on 0121 553 0757.

Potential Relocation
All patients registered at West Bromwich Partnership for Health will very shortly be receiving a letter through the post indicating our intentions to relocation the surgery to the Lyng Centre. Many patients are familiar with the Lyng Centre as they may access other services there such as audiology, foot health and physiotherapy. We want to assure you that should to relocation go ahead, all services and the surgery staff, including Dr Tariq, will be moving with us so there will be no disruption to patient care. Our frequently asked questions can be found on the right hand side under the "Relocation" heading.
